I have a 2000 Chev Blazer. The drivers side window does not work at all. With vehicle stopped and engine running the headlights dim slightly when the window switch is pressed meaning that the switch must work. I cannot find the fuse or circuit breaker for any of the power windows. Is the power window motor broken? Or what do you think?

Hello.

You are on a good track.

Remove the door panel and verify power at the motor when the switch is depressed. If you have power and no window operation, replace the motor. Also, make sure the regulator is moving freeley once the motor is removed.

They reset themselves.

The regulator is the gear that the motor turns, which inturn move the window up and down.

Each motor is protected by a built-in circuit breaker. If a window switch is held too long with the window obstructed or after the window is fully up or down the circuit breaker opens the circuit. The circuit breaker resets automatically as it cools.

There is no relay. Power comes from the fuse block to all windows.
