Yes you can fit them. I fit a set to a 05 Colorado (front seats) not too long ago. Depending on what brand you get, there can be anywhere from drill just a couple holes to a whole new slider assembly. I think they were MOMO seats, we had to fabricate some brackets to make them sit correctly on the floorplan. Usually aftermarket seats require a little bit of customizing to either the supplied track or to the OEM track to work properly.
